The Yaesu GS-065 is a medium-duty mast thrust bearing designed to support rotating antenna masts in tower-mounted directional antenna systems. Installed above the antenna rotator, the GS-065 offloads vertical and lateral wind-induced stress from the rotator assembly—enhancing rotational stability and extending rotator gear life.

Also referred to as a mast support bearing, the GS-065 stabilizes the rotating mast during antenna movement—ensuring smooth and consistent rotation even when subjected to lateral thrust generated by wind loading on large directional antenna arrays.
