1. Scope of Policy

This Customer Support & Resolution Policy governs all customer-support interactions, operational communication procedures, escalation workflows, dispute-management mechanisms, technical coordination, support-resolution processes, and associated communication standards applicable to interactions conducted with M/s RFCharge India (“RFCharge”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) through rfcharge.com or any official RFCharge communication channel.

2. Official Support Channels & Communication Framework

RFCharge maintains designated operational communication channels for customer assistance, technical coordination, order support, escalation handling, operational clarification, and commercial resolution procedures. Official communication channels may include authorized email systems, documented ticket-based workflows, operational support platforms, official WhatsApp support, business communication systems, and formally authorized Company communication infrastructure.

Customers acknowledge that only communication issued through officially authorized RFCharge operational channels shall be considered valid for operational confirmation, dispatch coordination, refund communication, technical support authorization, escalation handling, or commercial-resolution purposes.

Indicative discussions, informal conversations, verbal interactions, unofficial statements, reseller commentary, public forum discussions, third-party representations, social-media conversations, or non-authorized operational discussions shall not independently constitute binding commitments upon RFCharge unless formally confirmed through authorized Company communication systems.

3. Customer Support, Escalation & Resolution Workflow

RFCharge encourages customers to first seek resolution through official support channels, documented escalation systems, operational review mechanisms, accounts review procedures, technical coordination workflows, and structured communication processes before initiating external escalation or public disputes.

Support interactions and operational concerns may undergo:

  • support-level assessment,

  • operational verification,

  • technical review,

  • accounts reconciliation,

  • management escalation,

  • or commercially reasonable resolution procedures depending upon the nature of the concern involved.

RFCharge remains committed to commercially reasonable, lawful, and operationally practical resolution efforts within the scope of applicable technical, financial, procurement, logistics, and regulatory limitations.

4. Communication Standards & Operational Conduct

Customers interacting with RFCharge agree to maintain lawful, professional, reasonable, and non-abusive communication standards at all times. RFCharge maintains professional operational standards regarding customer interaction and reserves all rights against abusive conduct, intimidation, threats, harassment, reputational coercion, malicious allegations, defamatory publication, unlawful pressure tactics, operational interference, staff abuse, or commercially disruptive conduct directed toward the Company, its representatives, operational personnel, technical teams, business associates, or commercial operations.

Where reasonably necessary for operational protection, dispute management, staff safety, record preservation, or lawful compliance, RFCharge reserves the right to:

  • restrict communication channels,

  • migrate communication to documented support systems,

  • limit interactions to email or ticket-based workflows,

  • preserve operational records,

  • suspend non-essential engagement,

  • or initiate commercially reasonable operational or legal remedies.

5. Public Statements, Operational Integrity & Commercial Protection

Customers are advised to avoid publication, circulation, forwarding, or dissemination of knowingly false, misleading, malicious, incomplete, defamatory, or commercially disruptive allegations concerning RFCharge, its personnel, operational systems, technical infrastructure, products, services, business associates, or commercial operations without factual verification or lawful adjudication.

Nothing contained herein shall restrict lawful consumer rights, legitimate customer reviews, or lawful remedies available under applicable law. However, RFCharge expressly reserves all rights and remedies against malicious falsehood, reputational interference, unlawful intimidation, operational harassment, commercially disruptive publication, or misuse of legal mechanisms for coercive, defamatory, or commercially harmful purposes.

6. Operational Documentation & Record Preservation

RFCharge reserves the right to preserve, archive, review, document, or utilize operational records, support communication, invoices, payment records, dispatch data, technical logs, operational documentation, escalation records, or customer correspondence wherever reasonably required for operational management, fraud prevention, dispute handling, regulatory compliance, legal obligations, technical review, or lawful protection of commercial interests.

7. Limitation of Liability & Jurisdiction

RFCharge shall not be liable for indirect losses, reputational claims, consequential damages, operational misunderstandings arising from unofficial communication, public forum discussions, third-party commentary, reseller representations, non-authorized operational statements, or external discussions occurring outside official RFCharge communication systems.

All disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall remain subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located within the State of West Bengal, India.

8. Policy Modifications

RFCharge reserves the right to revise, amend, replace, suspend, update, modify, or remove any portion of this Customer Support & Resolution Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued interaction with RFCharge following such revisions shall constitute acceptance of the latest published version of this Policy.
