Shipping & Dispatch Policy

Shipping & Dispatch Policy

Last Updated: January 15, 2025

1. Scope of Shipping & Dispatch Operations

This Shipping & Dispatch Policy governs all dispatch procedures, shipping workflows, inventory allocation processes, procurement timelines, delivery coordination, logistics handling, and fulfillment-related operations conducted by M/s RFCharge India (“RFCharge”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) in connection with products, equipment, systems, components, technical hardware, and related services purchased through rfcharge.com or any official RFCharge communication channel.

2. Operational Nature of Product Fulfillment

RFCharge operates within a specialized technical and procurement-driven ecosystem involving inventory allocation, inward verification, procurement workflows, distributor coordination, technical inspection, import logistics, customs processing, operational quality verification, and fulfillment management. Certain products may therefore require additional operational processing prior to dispatch depending upon sourcing structure, inventory category, supplier allocation, inward validation, or technical verification requirements.

Products listed on the website may fall under:

  • ready-dispatch inventory,

  • incoming inventory allocation,

  • procurement-based inventory,

  • imported inventory,

  • distributor-sourced inventory,

  • or specialized fulfillment workflows.

3. Dispatch Timelines & Operational Estimates

Any dispatch timelines, lead times, procurement estimates, delivery projections, or operational timelines displayed on the website are indicative operational estimates only and shall not constitute guaranteed dispatch or delivery commitments unless expressly confirmed through official RFCharge communication channels.

Dispatch timelines may vary depending upon:

  • inventory allocation,

  • inward verification,

  • procurement cycle,

  • customs clearance,

  • import logistics,

  • distributor coordination,

  • technical inspection,

  • operational review,

  • courier scheduling,

  • regulatory controls,

  • weather conditions,

  • aviation restrictions,

  • force majeure circumstances,

  • or third-party operational limitations.

Ready-dispatch inventory is generally processed within commercially reasonable operational timelines; however, actual dispatch may vary depending upon verification, allocation, packaging workflow, technical inspection, or logistics coordination.

4. Procurement-Based & Imported Inventory

Certain products available through RFCharge may require procurement processing, distributor sourcing, inward allocation, import handling, customs processing, or specialized logistics coordination prior to operational fulfillment. Customers acknowledge that such procurement-based or imported inventory may remain subject to supplier timelines, customs procedures, logistics availability, technical verification, regulatory processing, or operational dependencies beyond the direct control of RFCharge.

RFCharge shall not be held responsible for operational delays arising due to:

  • customs clearance,

  • import restrictions,

  • distributor allocation,

  • courier limitations,

  • supplier-side delays,

  • logistics interruptions,

  • technical verification requirements,

  • or third-party operational ecosystems.

5. Inventory Allocation & Serial Processing

Inventory allocation, serial assignment, inward verification, and operational fulfillment are finalized during dispatch workflow processing. Product serial numbers, regional variants, operational batches, firmware revisions, packaging structure, supplied accessories, or sourcing batches may vary depending upon operational availability, sourcing channel, distributor allocation, manufacturer revision, or procurement cycle.

RFCharge reserves the right to allocate equivalent operational units, technically equivalent regional variants, production batches, or inventory allocations where reasonably required during operational fulfillment procedures.

6. Shipping Partners & Logistics Handling

RFCharge may utilize third-party logistics providers, courier operators, freight handlers, aviation carriers, or transport networks for shipment processing and delivery coordination. Delivery timelines remain dependent upon the operational performance of such third-party logistics ecosystems.

Once shipment has been handed over to the courier or logistics operator, delivery timelines, transit routing, operational scans, customs movement, and final-mile delivery remain subject to third-party operational infrastructure.

7. Delivery Address & Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • delivery information,

  • contact details,

  • GST information where applicable,

  • operational delivery instructions,

  • and authorized recipient information.

RFCharge shall not be liable for delivery complications arising from inaccurate information, unreachable recipients, refusal of delivery, failed delivery attempts, restricted-access locations, or customer-side operational delays.

8. Transit Damage, Tampering & Shipment Issues

Customers are advised to inspect shipments immediately upon delivery. Any visible package damage, tampering, shortages, or transit-related concerns must be reported to RFCharge within 48 hours of delivery along with relevant supporting evidence including photographs, packaging images, operational details, or unboxing documentation wherever reasonably available.

RFCharge may provide commercially reasonable assistance regarding transit-related disputes, operational coordination, or courier escalations; however, resolution timelines may remain dependent upon third-party logistics investigation procedures.

9. Store Pickup & Operational Collection

Store pickup availability, collection readiness, or operational handover timelines shall remain subject to inventory allocation, inward verification, technical validation, operational scheduling, and fulfillment confirmation. Customers shall not assume immediate pickup readiness unless expressly confirmed through official RFCharge operational channels.

10. Operational Communication & Dispatch Confirmation

Dispatch confirmations, shipment updates, operational tracking information, procurement updates, logistics coordination, or delivery-related communication shall be deemed operationally valid only when issued through official RFCharge communication channels.

Indicative discussions, informal conversations, third-party commentary, unofficial timelines, reseller discussions, or preliminary procurement discussions shall not constitute binding dispatch commitments upon RFCharge.

11. Limitation of Shipping Liability

RFCharge shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, operational delays, transit interruptions, customs-related delays, delivery disruptions, logistics failures, aviation restrictions, third-party courier limitations, weather-related disruptions, or circumstances beyond the reasonable operational control of the Company.

12. Policy Modifications

RFCharge reserves the right to revise, amend, modify, suspend, update, or replace this Shipping & Dispatch Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of RFCharge services following such revisions shall constitute acceptance of the latest published version of this Policy.
