1. Scope of Warranty & Support Policy
This Warranty & Product Support Policy governs all warranty-related assistance, technical support procedures, operational service coordination, repair facilitation, troubleshooting assistance, and product-support interactions conducted by M/s RFCharge India (“RFCharge”, “Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) in connection with products, systems, electronics, communication equipment, components, technical hardware, and associated operational services supplied through rfcharge.com or any official RFCharge communication channel.
2. Product Ecosystem, Sourcing Structure & Operational Variants
RFCharge operates within a specialized technical ecosystem involving imported inventory, distributor-sourced equipment, regional variants, international versions, procurement-based inventory, incoming inventory allocations, and operationally allocated product batches. Certain products supplied by RFCharge may therefore differ in packaging, regional markings, accessories, firmware versions, documentation structure, operational configuration, or sourcing ecosystem depending upon manufacturer revision, distributor allocation, import cycle, procurement workflow, or operational availability.
Customers acknowledge that RFCharge may supply products sourced through different operational channels including manufacturer-backed distribution, procurement-based sourcing, distributor allocation, imported inventory ecosystems, or specialized operational fulfillment structures.
3. Warranty Structure & Coverage Framework
Warranty applicability may vary depending upon:

import classification,

or product-specific service architecture.
Depending upon the applicable product ecosystem, RFCharge may provide manufacturer-backed warranty assistance, distributor-supported coordination, dealer-backed support facilitation, technical guidance, repair coordination, operational diagnostics assistance, or commercially reasonable best-effort support.
Warranty approval, repair authorization, replacement authorization, technical acceptance, or service eligibility shall remain subject to applicable manufacturer, distributor, supplier, or technical service policies beyond the direct operational control of RFCharge.
4. Technical Support & Operational Assistance
RFCharge may provide commercially reasonable technical assistance relating to:

configuration support,

troubleshooting coordination,

repair routing,

supplier communication,
-
or technical diagnostics depending upon the applicable product ecosystem and operational circumstances.
Technical support timelines, service procedures, repair coordination, component availability, replacement feasibility, and operational resolution timelines may vary depending upon supplier response, technical complexity, service-center workflows, import restrictions, operational backlog, or third-party technical infrastructure.
5. Warranty Exclusions & Non-Covered Conditions
Warranty coverage may not apply in circumstances involving physical damage, liquid damage, voltage fluctuations, improper grounding, RF misuse, unauthorized modification, firmware tampering, accidental damage, misuse of equipment, improper installation, environmental exposure, customer-induced operational faults, third-party repair attempts, or operational conditions inconsistent with manufacturer or technical guidelines.
RFCharge reserves the right to decline warranty assistance, operational support, or technical coordination in situations involving unauthorized modifications, tampering, misuse, unlawful operation, abusive conduct, or operational interference affecting the integrity of the product or support process.
6. Service Logistics, Shipping & Operational Coordination
Customers may be required to coordinate shipment, service routing, operational verification, technical inspection, or inward processing for warranty evaluation, diagnostics, or repair coordination. Operational service procedures may involve third-party service centers, distributors, technical laboratories, manufacturers, logistics providers, or external technical ecosystems depending upon the applicable product structure.
RFCharge shall not be held responsible for delays arising due to customs procedures, component shortages, manufacturer response timelines, logistics interruptions, technical evaluation procedures, regulatory controls, import restrictions, or third-party service infrastructure beyond the reasonable operational control of the Company.
7. Official Support Communication
Any indicative discussions, verbal assurances, informal technical guidance, estimated repair timelines, unofficial service discussions, reseller commentary, public forum discussions, or third-party representations shall not independently constitute binding warranty commitments unless expressly confirmed through official RFCharge operational channels.
Official support status, warranty coordination, technical authorization, repair processing, replacement approval, or operational support confirmation shall be deemed valid only when communicated through authorized RFCharge support systems, documented operational channels, or formal Company communication.
8. Limitation of Liability & Operational Protection
To the maximum extent permissible under applicable law, RFCharge shall not be liable for indirect losses, consequential damages, operational downtime, business interruption, technical incompatibilities, data loss, procurement delays, component unavailability, repair delays, logistics interruptions, third-party service failures, or technical ecosystem limitations arising in connection with warranty or support procedures.
Nothing contained herein shall restrict lawful consumer rights available under applicable law. All disputes arising in connection with this Policy shall remain subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts located within the State of West Bengal, India.
9. Policy Modifications
RFCharge reserves the right to revise, amend, update, suspend, replace, or modify this Warranty & Product Support Policy at any time without prior notice. Continued interaction with RFCharge or use of Company services following such revisions shall constitute acceptance of the latest published version of this Policy.
