A built-in duplexer lets you connect a single dual-band antenna without any external accessories. Each band features its own independent controls for tuning, volume, and squelch, giving you a familiar, balanced feel and effortless dual operation.
This transceiver’s large, high-contrast LCD display is 1.5 times bigger than previous ICOM models, making it easier to read frequencies and channel names even under bright sunlight. Combined with its white backlight, information is displayed clearly at a glance—perfect for mobile operators who value visibility and quick adjustments on the go.
The IC-2730A is equipped with CTCSS and DTCS tones, including split tone and polarity reverse features for full repeater compatibility.
