The **ICOM ID-5100A** is a compact **dual-mode D-STAR digital voice and analog FM mobile transceiver** engineered to deliver repeater-grade RF performance with selectable transmit output levels of **50W / 15W / 5W** across amateur VHF/UHF bands.

Supporting **DV Fast Data Mode (3480 bps)**, the transceiver enables high-speed digital data transmission over the D-STAR protocol—facilitating messaging, image transfer, and GPS-based location reporting across network-linked repeater systems.

The integrated **SD card slot** allows storage of QSO logs, RX history, GPS logs, voice memories, and configuration data—supporting rapid backup and codeplug transfer between networked mobile installations.

Optional Bluetooth® connectivity (via UT-133A module) enables wireless headset support and Android-based remote configuration through the RS-MS1A application, allowing DV message exchange and reflector control from a connected mobile device.
